About William Tingle
William Tingle is a creative real estate investor, coach, and the author of “The 12 House Blueprint”, who, in 1999 ordered a Carleton Sheets Nothing Down Real Estate course off of a late-night TV infomercial.
Exactly one year later, he left his job for good and started investing in real estate full time.
With over two decades of experience, he has mastered the art of buying properties subject to existing financing and selling them with seller financing to create reliable monthly cash flow without renters, renovations or rehabs. Known for his practical, no-nonsense approach, William is passionate about simplifying real estate investing and helping others achieve financial freedom.
